After-Hours Private Events

Book an After-Hours PYOP event to get together with friends, family, or colleagues while we are closed to the general public. For $75 you'll get 2 hours in our studio for 15-40 painters, and a dedicated staff member to guide you just as we do during operating hours.

After-hours group painting opportunities (15 painters minimum/40 people maximum).
Please note: We are able to offer this discounted rate for studio rental based on the 15 painter minimum. Parties less than 15 will be charged $20 per person missing from the minimum. For example, a party of eleven would be charged $80 on the evening of the party to make up for being four people under the minimum.

Make sure to check out all other listings on this page to book any add-ons for your event! (ex. coffee bar)  If you would like a painting class scheduled for all attendees, discuss pricing for this with Sam, after booking your date.

Available time slots for private events are: (these are based on staff and studio availability)

– Monday – Thursday: 6:30pm – 8:30pm

– Sunday: 5pm – 7pm

You may select the desired date for your event from our drop-down menu above. Once a date is booked, it will no longer be visible on the registration page (so, if your selected date does not populate, it has likely already been booked!)

  • Cost: Non-refundable booking fee of $75. This secures your date and ensures that you will have the painting studio to yourselves after hours, with a staff member to assist you and your guests.
  • Cost of your chosen pottery is extra, and will be due at the time of painting. (We require a minimum of $300 total to be spent on ceramics during private events)
  • If your group knows what pieces they want to paint before the event, please contact our Special Events Coordinator, Sam (email below), so we can be sure to have those pieces in stock. Otherwise, your group will select from available stock at the time of your event. We can ring each attendee individually, or the group as a whole.
  • You are welcome to bring in decorations, any food/beverage you want to bring

Sam will email you within two business days of your online registration being received, to confirm the number in your party and other details concerning your event.
