After-Hours Group Painting (Weekdays, 6:30–8:30 PM)
Group (private) rental for 15–40 guests.

Available dates are shown in the registration dropdown; once a date is booked, it disappears.

 

Minimum & attendance policy

• 15 painters minimum (rate is based on this minimum).
• If fewer than 15 attend, you’ll be charged $20 per missing painter (e.g., 11 painters = 4 short = $80 due the night of the event).

Fees & Spending minimum

• $75 non-refundable booking fee (reserves your date, private studio access after hours, and a staff member to assist your group).
• Pottery is priced separately and is due at the time of painting.
• $300 minimum studio spend required during the event.  Rental fee is not included in this minimum.

Coffee bar option
Add the coffee bar during registration.  Choose either:

• Host tab, or
• Cash bar (guests purchase individually).
  Add your preference in the registration notes.

Ceramics selection & inventory

• Want specific pieces? Email our Special Events Coordinator to discuss options and special orders (3+ weeks notice required).
• Otherwise, your group will choose from in-stock selection at the event.
• If you have a budget in mind, please visit ahead of time to pre-select pieces and email us what to set out. Please consistently communicate with Sam, as in-studio staff are not apprised of AH happenings.

Payment options
We can ring guests individually or as one group.

Food, drinks & setup
Outside decorations and food/beverages are welcome. The host may request up to 15 minutes early entry for setup.
