Description

After-hours group painting opportunities  (10 painters minimum/40 people maximum). Please note: We are able to offer this discounted rate for studio rental based on the 10 painter minimum. Parties of less than 10 will be charged $20 per person missing from the minimum. For example, a party of six would be charged $80 on the evening of the party to make up for being four people under the minimum. 

• Time available is 5-7pm on Sundays.  These dates are listed in our drop down menu, for you to select from.  Once a date is booked, it will no longer be visible on the registration page.
• If you want the coffee bar left open during the event, that needs to be noted at time of registration.  There is no extra charge for this option. Party host may arrange to pick up the tab for all of their guests or we will treat it as a ‘cash bar’.  Let us know your preference in the notes.
• Cost: $50, to book date and have the painting studio to yourselves after hours, and a staff member to assist you and your guests. This is a non-refundable fee.
• Cost of your chosen pottery is extra, and will be due at the time of painting.
• During your event we require a minimum of $200 to be spent on ceramics and drinks.
• This opportunity is only available while dates last.  Once a date is booked, it will no longer appear on the drop down menu.
• If your group knows what pieces they want to paint before the event, give our Special Events Coordinator Sam (email below), so we can be sure to have those pieces in stock.  Otherwise, your group will select from available stock at the time of your event. We can ring each attendee individually, or the group as a whole.
• You are welcome to bring in decorations, any food/beverage you want to bring
