Adult Paint Night: Potty Mouth Pottery

Saturday, June 21st at 6:30pm 

Age:  18 and over only, no exceptions

Level of Instruction:  Beginner/Introductory

Bring a buddy and your favorite adult beverage, if you choose.

Fee: $12/person + the cost of pottery you choose to paint at the event

Staff Artist Amarissa will get you started with one of our most popular barista specialties – a Dirty Chai Latte (Iced or Hot).  Then they will show everyone some tricks of the trade tools we use a lot in house – detail writers, french dimension (aka puffy paint), as well as some of our tried and true processes for painting – ombre, reactive glaze painting, etc..  We will have silkscreens with more than 3 dozen options of funny (and rotten) phrases for you to choose from for your piece.  Staff will give a tutorial on how to use those.  All the new tricks you learn, can be used again and again any time you come back to our studio on your own.  But these Potty Mouth Silkscreens are only available in these classes.

Included: A yummy Dirty Chai, all supplies and instruction, overglazing and kiln firing. The cost of the ceramic you choose to paint is not included and will be paid for at the event.  Projects will be ready for pickup on Saturday, June 28th.
