Donation Guidelines

Due to the large number of donation requests we receive, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness and sustainability of our community support initiative:

  • Donation requests are limited to one contribution per organization per calendar year.

  • The maximum donation value is $30 per approved organization per year

  • Requesting organizations must be a registered nonprofit.

  • Applicants must provide documentation of tax-exempt status (such as an IRS determination letter or proof of 501(c)(3) status) with their application.

  • All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event or program date

  • Incomplete applications will not be reviewed

  • Donation requests cannot be accepted in person, by phone, through social media, or by email. All requests must be submitted through the official application process

  • Donation requests are limited to tangible items. We do not make monetary donations.

  • Priority consideration may be given to organizations and initiatives that align with our mission.

Additional Information

We are unable to respond individually to all donation requests.
Organizations selected to receive a donation will be contacted directly.

Please do not call in to check status, as team members who answer the phone are not involved in the donation process and will not know the status of an individual request.
