After-Hours Private Painting Events

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues for a private pottery-painting event after we close to the public!

Event Details

• $75 nonrefundable booking fee: Reserves the studio exclusively for your group for 2 hours, with a dedicated staff member to assist you.

• $300 minimum ceramics spend: Pottery is selected and paid for at the event and is separate from the $75 booking fee.

• 15–40 painters per event.

Groups of fewer than 15 are welcome, but will be charged $20 for each person below the 15-person minimum. This fee does not count toward the $300 minimum spend.

Available Times

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30–8:30 PM

• Sunday: 5:00–7:00 PM

Good to Know

Special-order ceramics: Want a specific piece for your group? Let us know when booking. We’ll send a digital invoice for payment within 24 hours. Once paid, we’ll order the pieces, and the cost will count toward your $300 minimum. Special orders must be paid at least 2 weeks before your event.

Payment: Guests may pay individually, or the group may pay together. Please let us know your preference when booking.

Coffee bar: Have Square 7 open during your event for an additional $25 staffing fee. There is no minimum purchase. If the coffee bar is open, outside beverages that are also offered on the Square 7 menu are not permitted.

Decorations & food: You may bring balloons, table decorations, gifts, food, and beverages. Nothing may be attached to the walls. Unopened alcoholic beverages may be brought into the building for consumption, subject to Downtown Lancaster’s DORA rules.

Booking

After-hours events must be booked 4–6 weeks in advance. Available dates are released 30 days before the first available date.
