Book Club for Creatives

Skill Level:  Beginner/Introductory

Cost: $10 to register plus the cost of pottery chosen at the event

Medium: bisqueware, low-fire glaze….and books!

This Month’s Book:  Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid

Join us for a fun, creative evening of chatting about our first BCFC story, while painting a literary themed ceramic piece.  Bring snacks, wine, or grab a beverage while you’re here.

Bring a picture on your phone, of your favorite book cover and we can show you how to recreate it!  We will have images of the cover of our March book cover already available in multiple sizes, should you choose to use that as your subject.  Alternatively, we will have multiple book themed silkscreens and images. Our Lead Staff Artist Ash will show you our multiple image transfer options, teach you how to use our detail tools, and be on hand for advice and assistance throughout the evening.

Included with registration:

• Your seat at the event,

• Instruction from our staff artist on techniques that you can use over and over on future visits,

• A $10 credit toward the ceramic piece you choose at the event, and

• A fun night of book talk with a gaggle of literary lovers!

Your selected pottery will be paid for at the event.

Adults over 21 are permitted to bring alcoholic beverages.  Anyone may bring their own snacks.  The coffee bar will be open for ordering as well.
Projects will be ready for pickup by Saturday, March 21st.
